- combine 1 cup chickpeas in Vitamix with 1/2 cup almond butter, 1/3 cup agave and 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- press vegan chocolate chunks into the top of cookies on cookie sheet
- bake at 350 for 12 minutes
- allow to cool and devour
i baked cookies. they were simple and delicious. you should make them too. and eat them ... definitely eat them.
I will not be competing in July with the PlantBuilt team. I am still kicking ass in the gym but decided it was in my best interest not to compete. This was a very difficult decision to make but I am very happy with it. I am excited to see everyone's journey unfold and look forward to meeting everyone and rooting them on in July!
I do not wish to reveal the very personal specifics about my decision but I will say that it has been AMAZING to FEEL and SEE better changes since I have put less emphasis on my diet. Getting stronger everyday!
