I started my day with a cardio workout, which included rowing, running and two HIIT sessions. The high intensity intervals consisted of burpees, plank jacks, flutter kick squats, toe touch jacks, cross jumps, jumping jacks, high knees and jump squats.
My afternoon workout at Beyond Fit was great. It was definitely the most intense cardio and core session we had in a while. It was amazing! I love pushing myself to the limits; feeling like I have nothing more to give but continuing to rock it. There were ropes, tires, rowing, sandbells and a tornado ball. INTENSE.
