- combine 1 cup chickpeas in Vitamix with 1/2 cup almond butter, 1/3 cup agave and 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- press vegan chocolate chunks into the top of cookies on cookie sheet
- bake at 350 for 12 minutes
- allow to cool and devour
i baked cookies. they were simple and delicious. you should make them too. and eat them ... definitely eat them.
